Sunday Salon: November 7, 2010

I'm still working on Deathly Hallows. I finished up a crazy paper this week and haven't been feeling that motivated about reading for pleasure. Plus I started a new job and my car died on me- while I was driving it. It's been an eventful week. I had friends from high school in town so we had a brunch that was fun. My new kitchen counter is still MIA but B put our old counter top and sink on top of the cabinets so I can actually clean dishes now.. which means I can cook food and actually eat!

I've been in the mood to rewatch movies that I've already seen lately. Which is why I don't mind buying movies- because I love rewatching! Especially been enjoying the old, Rogers and Hammerstein movies. Watched Sound of Music about a month ago, South Pacific and State Fair this week. I have The King and I on my "to watch" pile from the library and I might have to get out Oklahoma soon. :)
